Travis McCloskey, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Travis McCloskey has been dedicated to improving hearing health since 2012, when he began his career with a well-established Indianapolis practice that has served the community since 1989. Over the years, he has built a reputation as a trusted Hearing Care Provider, serving Indianapolis and the surrounding areas with expertise and compassion.
Outside of his profession, Travis enjoys spending time with his wife of 30 years and their two dogs. A passionate college football fan, he loves attending games with his two sons.

Dinah McCloskey
Office Manager & Patient Care Coordinator
Dinah was born and raised in Whiteland, Indiana, graduated from Whiteland High School and has a degree in Accounting. Dinah comes from a large family and is the youngest of two brothers and three sisters. Dinah loves her fur babies, shopping, spending time with her sisters and enjoys a good book. Her two sons and daughter in law are her favorite people and of course could not live without her husband of 30 years! Dinah spent much of her working career as an Expanded Dental Assistant with a locally owned practice in Franklin, Indiana. Dinah joined the Hearing Centers of Indiana team in 2021 and oversees much of the effort that is required to keep our practice running smoothly. In total, Dinah has over 30 years of experience in patient care, she enjoys and appreciates the trust our patients put in receiving the best hearing care possible.

Jason Dempsey
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Born in Dayton, Ohio, and raised in Indianapolis from the age of five, Jason Dempsey brings over 30 years of experience in the hearing aid industry. Throughout his extensive career, Jason has worked with nearly every major hearing aid manufacturer, gaining in-depth knowledge of a wide range of technologies and fitting techniques.
His expertise has taken him coast to coast, participating in manufacturer-led workshop events where he not only fit hearing aids for patients but also trained fellow professionals on the latest in digital testing equipment. Jason has a passion for mentorship and has helped guide many young specialists in passing their state exams and mastering the art of properly fitting hearing aids.
Outside of his professional life, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his wife of 28 years, their two sons, and four beloved grandchildren. A devoted bird enthusiast, he cares for a blue and gold macaw and an African gray parrot. When he’s not working or with family, Jason can be found enjoying professional football and managing his fantasy football teams with equal enthusiasm.

Marlene Brunner
Patient Care Coordinator
Originally from Indianapolis, Marlene spent much of her early life in Texas before returning to Indiana, where she now lives with her husband of 28 years, along with their three dogs and two birds. She is a proud mother of two sons and a loving grandmother to three grandchildren—with one more on the way. Family is her greatest joy, and she cherishes their weekly dinners and time spent together.
Marlene brings over 15 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry, having served in various roles including front desk management, marketing, and bookkeeping. Her favorite part of the job is working directly with patients—greeting them with a smile, making them feel comfortable, and ensuring each visit is a positive experience. She treats everyone who walks through the door like family and takes pride in building meaningful connections.
Outside of work, Marlene enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors, growing everything from tomatoes and pumpkins to blackberries, and anything the Indiana climate will allow.

Jill Long
Patient Care Coordinator
Jill was born and raised in Salem, Indiana where she still resides with her three chihuahuas. Jill grew up on the family farm and did everything from driving the tractor to baling hay and straw to birthing cows, sheep and pigs, and loved every minute of it! In the year 2000 she graduated from Ivy Tech with a degree in Accounting, but eventually chose a different career path. Jill has three children and one granddaughter, she is very close with her family and enjoys spending time with them very much. In addition, Jill also enjoys watching true crime documentaries and working on puzzles in her spare time. Jill knows nearly everyone who walks in the door and greets each patient with a smile as they come into the office. We are happy to have someone who is well known and liked in the community as part of the Hearing Centers of Indiana team.

Hannah Watkins
Patient Liaison
Hannah grew up in Nashville, Indiana and graduated 8th in her class from Brown County High School with Academic Honors. Over the last ten years, Hannah has worked in both administrative roles and early childhood development to support her full time volunteer ministry. Her hobbies include dancing, reading, drawing, and watercolor. Hannah currently lives in Bloomington with her husband but still loves to spend time in her hometown surrounded by nature. She strives every day to bring joy to others and is always looking for ways to lend a helping hand!
