Your First Visit
During your initial visit, your audiologist will conduct a comprehensive evaluation, including:
- Medical History Review: We’ll discuss your ear and hearing health history to gain a better understanding of your condition.
- Hearing Tests: A series of tests will be administered to assess the function of your ears and hearing system.
Our goal is to provide you with clear and concise information about your hearing health. We believe in a collaborative approach to care, and we’re committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
Confirm Your Appointment
Our office will contact you the day prior to your appointment to confirm the appointment time.
Print & Bring Forms
If you do print your forms ahead of time, remember to bring them with you.
Don't Forget ID & Insurance
We are required to obtain copies of an acceptable form of ID and your insurance card.
